TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms: Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By registering to play Predict the Score ("Game"), you accept these Terms. We recommend you read these Terms before using the Game, as they apply each time you participate. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
3. Ineligible Participants: Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Venues (as defined below), and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family" includes spouses, ex-spouses, de facto spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, step-brothers, step-sisters, or first cousins.
4. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 22/03/25 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 5/09/25 (“Promotional Period”). Entries for each game open at the start of each Manly Warringah Sea Eagles home game fixture at 4 Pines Park, Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, and will close at halftime.
5. How to Enter: To enter, during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code on the promotional material or visit https://bonedrydrinks.com/pages/manly-sea-eagles-predict-the-score. Follow the prompts to the entry page, make your game prediction, and submit the entry form with details including, but not limited to, your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email.
6. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter the Game, and no payment is required.
7. Entry Restrictions: Multiple entries are not permitted. Each entry must be linked to a valid email address.
8. Verification of Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residence). The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms, tampers with the entry process, or engages in unlawful or improper conduct. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure to enforce any of the Promoter’s rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Prize Allocation: Bone Dry Drinks reserves the right to award prizes at its discretion and in accordance with the criteria it sets. The Promoter may amend prizes or the criteria for winning due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster. Prizes are provided by Bone Dry Drinks, part of Coonawarra Wines, 4 Nelson Street, Stepney SA 5069.
10. Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bone Dry Drinks will make reasonable efforts to accommodate recipients’ needs. However, if a recipient cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative recipient selected. If any part of a prize is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or suspend the prize.
11. No Responsibility for Prize Issues: Bone Dry Drinks is not responsible for any portion of the prize that is not awarded or for additional compensation. No refunds or credits are offered for changes to prizes.
12. Prize Award: To determine the winner, all players who submit the correct score prediction for either Manly Warringah Sea Eagles or the opposing team via the entry form will receive a 6-pack of Bone Dry Wines, valued up to $150 AUD, subject to delivery charges and a minimum spend.
13. Invalid Entries: Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
14. Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute over an entrant’s identity, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the entrant’s identity at its discretion.
15. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The draw will take place at CW Wines, 4 Nelson Street, Stepney SA 5069 within one week following the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles’ home game fixture.
16. Promoter’s Decision: The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Prize Claim Deadline: If the winner does not claim the prize (or part of it) by the specified deadline, the prize will be forfeited.
18. Prize Substitution: If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
19. Responsible Consumption: The Promoter encourages responsible consumption. Legal-age consumers are advised to follow the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines, available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.
20. Use of Winner’s Image: Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they win, including for promotional purposes, without remuneration and for an unlimited period.
21. Interference with Promotion: If this promotion is interfered with due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (e.g., technical issues, fraud), the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to regulatory authority directives.
22. Internet Access Cost: The cost of accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and depends on their internet service provider.
23. Automated Entries Prohibited: The use of automated entry software or any mechanical/electronic means to repeatedly enter the promotion is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
24. Liability: These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or modify statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act or other relevant laws. Except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the promotion.
25. Liability Exclusions: The Promoter is not liable for any issues arising from technical difficulties, theft, unauthorized access, late or misdirected entries, prize variations, or other uncontrollable factors.
26. Personal Information Collection: The Promoter collects personal information (PI) to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to third parties, including agents and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing PI, which will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bonedrydrinks.com/policies/privacy-policy. The Promoter may use PI for marketing purposes unless the entrant opts out.
