Bone Dry Cooler Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not enter.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

3. Ineligible Participants

Employees of the Promoter, Participating Venues, and agencies associated with
this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible. "Immediate family" includes spouses, ex-spouses, de facto spouses, children, step-children, parents, step parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousins.

4. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on 8 May 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ACDT on 8 June 2026
(“Promotional Period”).

5. Game of Chance

This is a game of chance.

6. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://bonedrydrinks.com/pages/cooler-competition and submit your details via the entry form during the Promotional Period. Each valid sign-up counts as one entry.

7. Purchase Requirement

No purchase is necessary to enter.

8. Entry Restrictions

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is linked to a valid email address. Automated entries or entries submitted by third-party services are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

9. Verification of Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, and residence. Entries may be disqualified if they breach these Terms, are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

10. Prize Allocation

Bone Dry reserves the right to award prizes at its discretion and in accordance with the criteria it sets. Prizes may be amended due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or terrorism.

11. Prize Terms

Prizes are non-transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prizes are for personal use only and must not be resold for commercial gain.

Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize.

Prizes will be delivered to Australian addresses only.

12. Responsible Consumption & Liability

The Promoter promotes responsible drinking and encourages entrants to follow the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (www.nhmrc.gov.au).

The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from consumption of the prize or participation in this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Prize Draw & Notification

The winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place at 10:00 AM ACDT on 9 June 2026 at Bone Dry CW Wines, 4 Nelson Street, Stepney SA 5069.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.

14. Winner Publication

Winners’ names may be published on https://www.cwwines.com and/or
Bone Dry’s official social media platforms within seven (7) days of the draw.

15. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is unclaimed within one month of notification, a redraw will take
place at 10:00 AM ACDT on 17 June 2026 at the same location. The winner(s) will
be notified using their original contact details.

16. Prize Substitution

If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal
value, subject to regulatory approval if required.

17. Use of Winner’s Image

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice for promotional purposes without remuneration and for an unlimited period.

18. Internet Access & Costs

Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the promotion
website.

19. Dispute Resolution

The Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of entrants and resolve disputes at its discretion.

20. Promoter’s Decision

The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. Liability Exclusions

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:

Technical difficulties, theft, unauthorized access, late or misdirected entries

Any variation, cancellation, or postponement of prizes

Any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the promotion or prize

22. Personal Information

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to agents or prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing personal information, which will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://bonedrydrinks.com/policies/privacy-policy.

23. Marketing Use of Personal Information

The Promoter may use personal information for marketing purposes unless the entrant opts out.
