COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Bone Dry Ladies Day competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
3. Who Cannot Enter
Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, participating venues, and their immediate families (spouse, partner, parent, child, grandparent, sibling, or step-relation) are ineligible.
4. Competition Period
Starts: 2 May 2025
Ends: 11:59 PM AEST on 14 May 2025
5. Game of Skill
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining winners.
6. How to Enter
To enter, during the promotional period:
• Take a photo of your best “Bone Dry moment”
• Either tag @bonedrydrinks on Instagram or email your photo to hello@bonedrydrinks.com
7. No Purchase Necessary
Entry is free – no purchase or payment is required.
8. Multiple Entries
Multiple entries are allowed.
9. Entry Verification
The Promoter may verify eligibility and entry details. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.
10. Prize Details
Each eligible entry will go into the running to win:
A year’s supply of Bone Dry Wines (12 cartons), valued up to $1,296 AUD.
(Delivery charges and minimum spend may apply.)
11. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the winner cannot be reached in a reasonable timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another entrant.
12. Changes to Prizes
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize if necessary due to events outside of its control.
13. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality, as judged by the Promoter.
14. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of judging.

15. Promoter’s Decision
All decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. Unclaimed Prizes
If a prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter may select an alternate winner.
17. Responsible Drinking
Entrants are encouraged to drink responsibly. See: www.nhmrc.gov.au
18. Use of Entries
By entering, you consent to your name, image, and entry being used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, without compensation.
19. Interruption or Cancellation
The Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of technical failures or unforeseen events beyond its control.
20. Entry Costs
Participants are responsible for their own internet or mobile data charges.
21. Automated Entries Prohibited
The use of bots or automated systems to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
22. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
23. Privacy
